REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our products.
ebkord is fully responsible for the products we sell. Are you dissatisfied with your item? Absolutely no worries, you can return it to us within 30 days and we will give you a 100% refund for this item.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us ( E-Mail: contact@ebkord.com) of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

Instructions for cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

Exclusion and/or premature expiration of the right to cancel
The right to cancel is excluded for contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.


Return and refund conditions:
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the items to ebkord (according to the address requested by us).
2.Customer should make sure the items are well packed before sending them back. ebkord does not take charge of lost or broken items.
3.When returning items, the customer must use a shipping method with a tracking number. Packages without a tracking number will not be processed.
4.ebkord reserves the right to void the warranty on any item showing signs of alteration, abuse or abnormal damage, as determined by our professionals.

Step 1: Start the repair
Log in and go to “My Orders” on the dashboard to select the item (s) to be repaired.

Step 2: Receive a repair notification email
Once you have initiated the repair (step 1), you will receive an email titled “Notification of the progress of your repairs by ebkord” within 48 hours. In this email you will receive the additional return instructions.

Step 3: Pack and ship the item (s).
Attach a copy of your return with the order number, full name, phone number and email. The package must be shipped prepaid by a traceable method.

Step 4: Upload the return tracking number
Remember to log in and upload the return tracking number once the package has been returned.
Allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for the money to return to your account after refund. If you ordered by Paypal, it is immediate.

We will make the refund as soon as we receive the proof of sending the package, you don’t have to wait for us to receive the item.

General information:
Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.

Please note that the above general information is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right to cancel.
